Very good exploit. I have not yet seen the Tome drop, but after 45 runs I got 30 pages and 15 pamphlets. I also received Wand Of Hold Person when exchanged for 2 Pamphlets. In 25 minutes the netted 74 pp for me so this also can work for easy PP.
