Well all of us that play eq2 pvp know that when u zone mid fight u get locked out and have no ammunity, this may help.
When u zone thru in mid battle and are certain others are not letting u go and following u thru zones or are certain there is others on the other side that will take advantage of your almost dead toon.
at the bottom left hand side of screen there is an exit button while zoning PRESS IT!
this will save your but, works well for solo players and at many of the docs were people are zoning in and out always.
Anyways you will automaticaly be kicked to windows and then can restart game right away this is not a form of LD. When u log back in you will have ammunity and will not be locked from zoning.

P.S. also is nice way to log out without watching your back for 20 seconds in a hot zone
