Default Re: Submitted AL Exploit: Archlord Early Money

Sorry to say crayzeeboy03 but you haven't quite got me convinced yet.
Put a bit more effort into it as a "leveling guide: where to make the most money per level" type thing and you could change my mind, it would also be beneficial to mention any quests which are actually worth doing (ie. they are in a grinding area anyways or have high gold/auctionable item rewards).

Some things i'll comment on:

I can quite easily level quicker killing things than doing quests at these levels and up until lvl 6 you don't loses xp SOOO to get loot from killing things you can't help rushing up to level 7 and whats more the quicker you can skin a deer (ie. at higher levels) the higher the turnover of meat you will get.

Every material has use and a flexible market price. Be sure to make your price competitive. Then at level 12 be sure to get your meat cutting skill also from the adventure vendor. You have great source early on if you hail from Anchorville and that is venison (deer meat), it fetches anywhere from 3k-10k per stack of 99 depending on market saturation. Then at lvl 15 be sure to get your skinning skill from adventure vendor and get your alchemy skills and recipies from Alchemy trainer. If you havent by now also be sure to pick up your cooking skills and recepies. Higher level transformation potions (alchemy) and food go for alot of gold in stacks of 10-25. If you have patience and are willing to farm you can put yourself in position to make alot of money in just a few days gameplay. For me its all about the farming. Warning this can get tedious at times but it is well worth the effort.
I've found you can't AOE farm if you are also ransacking/skinning effectively because you can only ransack one/two before all bodies dissappear. Also what I am killing at the moment (Arbors) gives a bit less than 4k per 99 arbor leaves, i'm getting an average 50 gold per kill and if I don't ransack I kill roughly 3 times as many mobs (it's closer to 4 times but i'm leaning everything in your favor for the calculation), this means:

ransacking if I get 100% success rate after 99 arbors i'd make 4000+4950=8950 gold + random drops from some of the 99 monsters.

In the same time I could have killed 297 mosters for 14850 gold + random drops from some of the 297 monsters.

At the same time I would also level three times faster which means I can get to the farming areas of the higher value items 3x quicker.

Of course if everyone disagrees with me speak up and i'll get back in my corner but seeing as nobody else is yaying or naying at the moment i'll have to stick with nay.
