there is a bug with the talent rampage. The talent is meant to stack 5 times, but allowed to stack to infinity *if* you zoned in/out of instance. So in short you stack it to 5, then zone out, zone back in, keep stacking it to 10 (5 more), repeat. White damage hits for 1 Million (not a typo) or so. Hakkar solo'd and one shot (6,883,540 glancing one shot).

Might have been fixed with the emergency restart hot fix yesterday
