Just a warning I've used this and it does work. BUT... if you notice that your character is turned around and you know for sure that you did not move it, then Blizzard might be watching you. I was watching the whole process of joining a BG then exiting and I noticed that my character turned around and the mod was not able to auto join anymore, so I manually turned my toon around and then joined the BG again and a few minutes later a GM sent me a whisper to see if I was really there.
