When you're in game type this out /showwindow Merchant it'll open a merchant window you can sell from anywhere in the world. All you do is drag an item from your inventory then drop it in the black space of the merchant window and it'll sell. You can also do /showwindow repair merchant to repair but it doesn't seem to work to often I've had times where i could repair and others where i couldn't.
