Try using a vaue of 20. It seems to work good for me. 16-20 is about
the best. Also something to keep in mind, you MUST be floating and you
MUST create the agro of the mob or they can hit you. If you agro a mob then float it will hit you even if you get the first actual hit in.
A good method is to find a populated camp, clear it all out, then float and
wait for it to respan then start picking them off. This works very well in an
instance with an afk bot. the respawn rate is fairly slow in instances but if
you get a spot like in Scarlet monestary in the gardens where you can reach
about 10 mobs you will get lots of xp while you sleep.
Also if the server happens to reboot while your in the instance afk sniping
from above you will also get a full level and a half of rested exp due to the
double xp exploit also mentioned. Seems I get the double exp about 33% of
the time, got it one out of three nights now.
