Level 20 You
Go to a level 80 area and have your friend apprentice you. You will gain levels almost immidiatly.
Your defense rating won't increase, so it's best if you just stay behind and let your friend do the work. Aggro will most likely cause instant death. Rolling a healing class could come handy since you'd be able to heal your friend doing aoe pulls which increase XP gain by a far.

They've fixed apprentice so that you cap at whatever your level is. It's just as easy to go out and kill your own mobs now. A week ago though this would have been correct.
