This trick is more of a dupe then a trick it has to go with atleast 2 accounts. When you place an item in ur house to sell on broker keep the item in the house but sell your house and buy a new house in another town. When u go to look on your board in your house the item that was in your last house will still be there. Have another toon find this item and when he does you set the items to 1 copper and click set price. As you click the sell item and not to sell item icon have the other toon hit the buy but to buy the item. He will buy the item but u will still have the item on the broker. Keep pressing the sell not sell icon as he presses the buy items when he finds it to keep getting the item with out you using it. I have done this easy trick for about 15 mins once and gained 15 plat. make sure the item is more then 10 gold so u will make more money. do not seel the duped item on the broker, sell it to a merchant in the city.
