You should have seen it at the Scribe at
www.guildwars.com already but if you missed it there was a large update 4-05-2007 and it contained many changes pvp skill balances and more storage

the more expansions you own it seems, the more storage you will gain.
Since 2007's expansion (If I read it correctly) isn't due to almost the end of the year (read holiday sales) this might get some to buy the missing expansions just for storage
