Your toon must be a Munitions Trader
Items your going to need:
Lots of Looted Armor (The higher level the better)
Crates Of Retrofit Tools
Re-Engneering tool +10.0
Junk Loot to Re-engineer
(1) First thing you need to do is Re-engineer a Piece of Looted armor to get a Powerbit.. Doesn't matter if its a 1st 2nd or 3rd order bit
(2) Then put 2 pieces of Junk loot in the re-engineering tool to get the modifier
(3) Put the modifier you just made and the Powerbit you just made back into the Re-engineering tool and make a Armor Attachment
(4) Put a Piece of looted armor with mods on it into the RETROFIT tool and select Retrofit
(5) Add your created attachment to looted armor
(6) Re-engineer that piece of looted armor, you should get another powerbit, hopefully better then the one you had in there
(7) Rinse and repeat the same process using the Powerbit you keep getting from the re-engineered looted armor piece till you build it up to +35
(8) Once you have a +35 powerbit, if you want a 2nd or 3rd order bit, just make that +35 powerbit into a attachment, put it on a piece of retrofitted looted armor, put it in the Re-engineering tool and put a piece of 2 or 3 stat looted armor in with it.. you will come out with a 2nd or 3rd order bit
