At fisrt, I thought this is a common and very very common knowledge. However after a few instance runs with many people. It may sound like a guide to someone who had already known about it. But I don't think it is something that meant to work as it is.
Now after all those babblings. What is this about?
If you scroll down to the bottom of every npc shops. There is am item named "EMP Bomb" on sell, these come with different version and level restriction. At present, I can use the lvl3 EMP Bomb to one shot a Straider in Arieki. Just charge into any Mech type enemy and place the bomb underneath it then run away. This exploit also allows you to destroy turrets and force fields guarding any bane base easily.
