In Silverlake, you can get the URT Herro mission saving silverlake. This opens up a series of quests the last one being To the Mill. When you get there it is bugged currently so you can't complete it, but the important part is that the pouch that you get can turn ANY mob in the game into a dazed farmer. This lets you complete any collection quest because you can disapear any mob in your way. The downside is none of the mobs will give you any exp.

Yes it still works. The best thing is you can do quests for picking up "x" item in no time just run in and basket all the mobs in your way. Also i had a tombstone run yesterday after the patch and this worked like a charm getting as much exp back as possible.

As much as i would love to self confirm i cant. It dose work but i want someone eles to get it to work b4 i get anything. I will say haveing a dazed farmer running behind yah is fun

Silver lake is on thestra just to the east of renton keep i did the series as a 18ish *started series at 18 and worked on it* bard solo. For a good lvl range 17-20 depending on class and gear. That imho would be a good lvl estament.

A side effect in Rahz Inkur: all mobs instantly aggro your Dazed Farmer pet, and ignore you (until you attack). I haven't found any other zone this quirk happens in though.
It also works great for farming harvesting nodes. You can "pop" from any distance too.
