it was MUCH faster doing it manually (thats what the times are based on manually doing this... ignoring comps etc.) do it manually to get these kind of times ;]

You can not get C Quality for this WO untill lvl 19.
This is 19-27.
You don't get any XP for an absolute crap item with no quality behind it at all unless you hand in the WO. If you hand in the WO you get the xp but lose the WO.
