The fourth boss in AQ40 is Princess Huhuran. When her health is at 30%, she starts spitting poison bolts in every direction to the 15 closest people dealing massive nature damage, so normally, you would need to stack those 15 people up with nature resist gear and AOE heal them like crazy.

But as of right now, you can completely ignore this with a Sheen of Zanza, a potion you can get from turning in one Zandalar Honor Token.
The potion says this: Use: Increases the chance that the player will reflect hostile spells cast on them by 3% for 120 minutes. Will automatically reflect the first offensive spell cast against the user. Only one type of Zanza potion may be active at any given time.

Strangely enough, when Huhuran enrages at 30%, you reflect 100% of her poison bolts. In other words, one dead princess.
