Members with a higher (Awards / Posts / Threads Rated) count will have a better chance of winning. This is a huge bug that doesn't require any outside programs.
Start a duel with a Priest.
Have the Priest attack you till you are low on health.
Have the Priest DOT you at the point when he knows the DOT will be able to do enough damage to kill you.
Before you die the Priest must cast Mind Control on you.
After you die the Priest will rez you and then you will be bugged.
I am not sure if the run speed will last if you die again or after you log out. If anyone confirms this let us know. (I have heard that the bug will not last if you log off or die)
Be careful with this one because obviously it is easy to spot if you are using it. If confronted by a GM I would just say that you dueled someone and afterward you were stuck running fast. Technically there is nothing they can do because it could happen legitimately in a duel.
Get this one up fast cause it may not be around for long. Here is a video of it as well -
