I recomend u be relativley high lvl Hunter for this and must know Feign Death.
You must first must make it to Overlord Ramtusk by walking and every so often use feign death to get mobs away. Once u get to Overlord Ramtusk there are three or four mobs. Kill those mobs but leave Ramtusk and his 2 bodyguards. The 2 body guards have about a 50% chance of dropping an Amor Peircer which sell for 48 silver to a vendor(it binds when picked up). Pull the body guards which will pull Ramtusk to. DO NOT KILL RAMTUSK! Once u kill the 2 bodyguards loot them and feign death. Ramtusk will then run back and the Body guards will respawn. Then repeat this killing the body guards and feign death until all your bags are full.
