1. Enter windowed mode
2. Press auto-walk
3. Right click your WoW window
4. Click back into game
The right click causes the server to not recognize what is goin on...so you dont aggro

I tested it again with the lava. I ran into BR Mountain, hit autorun coming down the ramp and let it sit on the freeze screen for roughly 3 minutes.
I came back to my screen alive, but under the lava then I took all the accumulated damage at once.
Basically, it acts as a rubber band.
Something I noticed in instances:
If you do the expliot and DO gain aggro, the mobs will hit the area where you STARTED the exploit and then run forward to where you actually are.
I went into LBRS, hit autorun and ran through the mobs underneath the walk way in the beginning. I did not aggro these mobs, but did aggro the patrol, who were back near the instance portal "attacking" me, but then ran forward to where I was.

If I tried to run a longer amount of time, like if I tried running into a wall to go afk w/o aggro, I came back after a couple of minutes and I was d/c. I don't think it is related to instance vs. non-instance.
I haven't been using this for anything overly nefarious, just trying to get the dancing trinket in Strat on a shaman w/o invis potions. I have had no problems getting to the mob, past several groups of undead, without aggro, using this.

Holly Crap People!! I just did this in WSG. i grabbed the flag and made it to mid field before they caught me, i hit auto run, the right clicked on the wow window, and as long as my screen was frozen they couldnt kill me. I made it to our base, then let them kill me so they would only thing it was a lag error.
rofl, now that is funny. It just goes to show you the potential of this bug if some people put their mind to it.

For people who doesnt understand what to do, you change your screen to window mode and not maxizied from your video options. You go auto run whenever and to active the exploit, you right click the WoW tab that show, restore, minize, maxize, close, etc.. Your sreen will freeze but in the game, it will continue walking. You will have to guess how far you walked when the screen is frozen. Just click back on the game to get back.
Using this exploit while in WSG with flag is confirned.
Lol happens all the time when we go against guilds in wsg, druid nabs the flag, goes into travel form at the tunnel and right clicks the window, he pretty much keeps running straight forward and you're hitting him but his health isn't going down and stuff like wing clip/ concussive shot/ frostbolt/ hamstring etc don't do anything. It just looks like they have a really good healer spamming heals and the druids immune to slowing effects =x
but since there's so much confusion no one ever reports it, and the one time i've seen a guy get reported the gm's didn't do a thing, he just said what? i grabbed the flag and ran down the tunnel and lagged out...next thing i knew i turned in the flag and was dead
