No it doesn't work on guilds..
My guess would be, no the player you are kicking has no idea who is doing it,
he is already in a group , so i dont think the invite option will appear on his end.
3 hour ban seems a small slap on the wrist, considering you are breaking the tos.

OK, then the noob here needs help.
I create a macro:
/invite player
/kick player
Then execute it. Nothing happens. Have tested this on guild members a number of ways. With me not being in their raid, with me being in their raid but no special privelages, etc...
On a side note, woulnd't the raid have up to one minute to invite those kicked from the raid back before they are removed from the instance?

Again, can we please confirm this works? I am having no luck. Can anyone see what I might be doing wrong?
