1. Grab a friend (one who u will trust to give money to)
2. Trade all of your money to this friend.
3. Open the trainer window to respec and while that window is open, make a trade with ur friend for however much the cost of respec is
4. Accept trade, then accept the cost dialog box, quickly log out, log back in, and the gold should still be in place.

player A get to the final prompt where it says "is it ok to spend XX gold on respec"
Player B opens a trade window with Player A, and gives player A the exact amount for the respec.
Player A Accepts the TRADE, then accepts the Respec fee, then Player A relogs and has the respec money still in bag

Yep works, retrained 6 times yesterday. Only flaw now that when they fix it I need to pay 50g for retrain. Do it while you can to experience all your talents!
This was fixed in a maintenance patch on Sat/Sun 11/12-11/13.
